Wakulla Dance Academy competed for the first time in two years since Covid the weekend of April 23 and 24 in Jacksonville. These dancers represented Wakulla County well, bringing home multiple five-star awards and 4.75 point awards, as well as several first place overall high scores. Once again, WDA receives the top award for choreography. Dancers were also awarded special judge’s awards for explosive energy, shimmy shakers and with an invitation to nationals. This competition is a worldwide leader in talent competitions and Crawfordville has some stars!
