It has been very much in the news about homelessness in our country.

I thought of the homeless, especially upon reading some quotes by Princess Diana:

“Everyone needs to be valued. Everyone has the potential to give something back. Anywhere I see suffering, that is where I want to be doing what I can. Everyone of us needs to show how much we care for each other and in the process we care for ourselves. Carry out a random act of kindness with no expectations of reward, safe in the knowledge that one day someone might do the same for you. I think that the biggest disease the world suffers from in this day and age is the disease of people feeling unloved. Nothing brings me more happiness than trying to help the most vulnerable people. It is a good and essential part of my life, a kind of destiny.”

If Princess Diana were alive today she probably would be trying to work out the homeless problem all over the world, including the U.S. So maybe her quotes that I found will inspire others to do the same.

Recently I emailed President Trump about the homelessness problem, encouraging him to help too, as his administration has shown an interest in helping solve that huge problem.

Maybe if we think about the quotes of the princess, just maybe we can make a difference right here.

I just learned that Trump has cost American taxpayers over $100 million dollars so that he can play golf. At the same time, the food stamps for millions of impoverished, unemployed and unemployable Americans are being taken away. King Donald is not going to help the homeless. Take your head out of the sand, Renee, wake up and smell the coffee. If we want the homeless to be helped, we'll have to do it ourselves, until we get a president who cares more about our country and its poor and vulnerable people, than himself or herself.
