MPO Citizens Advisory Committee meets

The Hernando/Citrus Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) will conduct a public meeting at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, at the Citrus County Transit Center, 1300 S. Lecanto Highway.

Elections supervisor to host outreach meetings

The Supervisor of Elections office, in partnership with the Citrus County Libraries, will host a series of community outreach meetings during the month of February in conjunction with “Love your Library” month.

From 9 to 11 a.m. Thursdays in February, the elections office staff will be available to assist voters with voter registration and making changes to their voter record. Information to apply for election worker positions or volunteer positions will also be available.

The remaining schedule is:

• Feb. 25 — Lakes Region/Inverness.
