  • Jason Schleitwiler, 45, of Crystal River, at 6:34 a.m. June 4 on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.

  • Maurizio Capelli, 20, of Homosassa, at 12:06 a.m. June 4 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $2,000.

  • Jesse Szymanski, 24, of East Northlake Drive, Floral City, at 12:22 a.m. June 4 on an active warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of resisting an officer with violence.

  • Eric Harding, 36, of North Reynolds Avenue, Crystal River, at 12:40 a.m. June 4 on an active warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of possession of methamphetamine.

  • Mark Penrod, 54, of North Ira Martin Avenue, Crystal River, at 9:50 a.m. June 4 on an active Henry County, Kentucky warrant for failing to pay child support, making him a fugitive from justice. He was already incarcerated at the Citrus County Detention Facility on unrelated charges. His bond was denied.

  • Spenser Sloane, 30, of Beverly Hills, at 10:15 a.m. June 4 on misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief and violating an injunction for protection.

  • Douglas Potts, 31, of Hernando, at 1:14 p.m. June 4 on felony charges of car burglary, grand theft, and dealing in stolen property, along with a misdemeanor charge of petit theft. His bond was set at $18,000.

  • James Surber, 77, of Homosassa, at 2:34 p.m. June 4 on a felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill and a misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer without violence. His bond was set at $3,000.

  • Austin Bass, 21, of Crystal River, at 3:41 p.m. June 4 on felony charges of burglary, grand theft, and trafficking in stolen property, along with a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief. His bond was set at $26,000.

  • William Daley, 60, of Crystal River, at 6:31 p.m. June 4 on a misdemeanor charge of disorderly intoxication. His bond was set at $500.

  • Reuben Thompson, 40, of Della Street, Beverly Hills, at 8:02 p.m. June 4 on misdemeanor charges of trespassing and resisting an officer without violence. According to his arrest affidavit Thompson is accused of trespassing at Bob’s Food Store in Beverly Hills. He reportedly attempted to pull away during his arrest. His bond was set at $2,000.
