Domestic battery arrest
  • Kinchen Black, 31, of Floral City, at 12:39 p.m. June 5 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor charges of domestic battery, drug paraphernalia, and giving a false name to law enforcement.

    Other arrests
  • James Shipe, 48, of Homosassa, at 12:32 a.m. June 5 on a felony charge of aggravated battery with use of a deadly weapon. He was also charged with felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of grand theft.

  • Robin Bunnell, 39, of Inverness, at 12:43 a.m. June 5 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $3,000.

  • Amber Vedder, 38, of West Seven Rivers Drive, Crystal River, at 11:07 a.m. June 5 on an active Dade County warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of dealing in stolen property. She was also charged with misdemeanor failure to appear. Vedder was already incarcerated at the Citrus County Detention Facility on unrelated charges.

  • Mandy Jones, 38, of Dunnellon, at 12:39 p.m. June 5 on a misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer without violence. Her bond was set at $1,000.

  • Patricia Clair, 49, of West Brady Lane, Homosassa, at 9:07 a.m. June 5 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. She also faces charges for felony violation of probation and misdemeanor failure to appear.

  • Justin Noble, 34, of Hernando, at 1:08 a.m. June 6 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor charges of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis. His bond was set at $4,000.

  • Devon Humphries, 18, of Inverness, at 11:45 a.m. June 6 on a felony charge of aggravated battery, intentionally causing great bodily harm. His bond was set at $5,000.

  • Amber Branson, 27, of North Travis Drive, Citrus Springs, at 2:33 p.m. June 6 on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell marijuana, owning or leasing property used to traffic a controlled substance and growing or harvesting marijuana, along with a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. According to her arrest affidavit the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at Branson’s residence and over 400 grams of marijuana, cannabis wax, a grinder, two digital scales and other paraphernalia items were found in her possession. Her bond was set at $17,000.

  • Samuel Gorman, 27, of North Travis Drive, Citrus Springs, at 2:33 p.m. June 6 on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell marijuana, owning or leasing property used to traffic a controlled substance and growing or harvesting marijuana, along with a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. According to his arrest affidavit the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at Gorman’s residence and over 400 grams of marijuana, cannabis wax, a grinder, two digital scales and other paraphernalia items were found in his possession. His bond was set at $17,000.

  • Jeffery Harrigan, 18, of Inverness, at 2:52 p.m. June 6 on a felony charge of aggravated battery, intentionally causing great bodily harm. His bond was set at $5,000.

  • Paul Williams, 67, of Miss Maggie Drive, Homosassa, at 3:47 p.m. June 6 on an active Pasco County warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of possession of methamphetamine.

  • Christina Holland, 34, of West Pleasant Acres Place, Lecanto, at 4:10 p.m. June 6 on an active Polk County warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of possession of methamphetamine.

  • James Donahue, 32, of Crystal River, at 8:12 p.m. June 6 on an active warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of burglary. He also faces a misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer without violence after trying to flee on foot during his arrest.
