DUI arrests

  • Trevor Callaway, 22, of Ocala, at 1:46 a.m. Oct. 3 on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence. His bond was set at $1,000.

  • Lesa Wilkes, 64, of South October Drive, Homosassa, at 6:57 p.m. Oct. 4 on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence. According to her arrest affidavit Wilkes was pulled over for crossing a double yellow line. She was asked to complete field sobriety tasks and refused. She also refused Breathalyzer testing to measure her blood alcohol level. Her bond was set at $1,000.

Other arrests

  • Angela Callihan, 40, of Inverness, at 7:23 p.m. Oct. 4 on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing. Her bond was set at $1,000.

  • Grace Payne, 25, of Hernando, at 6:06 p.m. Oct. 4 on a misdemeanor charge of giving false information to obtain a refund. Her bond was set at $500.

  • Brandon Depew Sr., 45, of Floral City, at 1:35 p.m. Oct. 4 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor charges of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis. His bond was set at $4,000.

  • Tiffany Ellison, 29, of Floral City, at 10:57 a.m. Oct. 4 on a felony charge of fleeing law enforcement and a misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license. Her bond was set at $6,000.

  • Anthony Ralph, 39, of North Cacalia Drive, Crystal River, at 3:34 a.m. Oct. 4 on felony charges of fleeing law enforcement and possession with intent to sell a controlled substance, along with misdemeanor charges of possession of cannabis, drug paraphernalia, and resisting an officer without violence. According to his arrest affidavit Ralph was arrested for fleeing law enforcement and approximately 9.9 grams of methamphetamine, 1.2 grams of marijuana, and two meth pipes were found in his possession. His bond was set at $10,000.

  • Holly Pinney, 29, of Hernando, at 2:38 a.m. Oct. 4 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $5,000.

  • Steven Jennings, 49, of East Possum Court, Inverness, at 12:53 a.m. Oct. 4 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. According to his arrest affidavit Jennings was pulled over for failing to maintain a single lane of traffic and approximately 1.3 grams of methamphetamine were found in his possession. His bond was set at $2,000.

  • James Shipe, 49, of Homosassa, at 6:17 p.m. Oct. 3 on a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief. He was also charged with felony violation of probation.

  • Angelo Trapuzzano Jr., 36, of East Harvard Drive, Hernando, at 11:08 a.m. Oct. 3 on a misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer without violence. According to his arrest affidavit Trapuzzano is accused of interfering with a police investigation and was tasered. His bond was set at $10,500.

  • Paul Taylor, 56, of Ocala, at 9:52 a.m. Oct. 3 on a misdemeanor charge of retail petit theft. His bond was set at $1,000.

  • Devona Ruiz, 41, of Lonely Oaks Drive, Inverness, at midnight Oct. 3 on felony charges of trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanor charges of possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia. According to her arrest affidavit Ruiz was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over for faulty lights and over 14 grams of methamphetamine, three grams of heroin, one methadone pill, a small amount of marijuana, and two digital scales were found in her possession. Her bond was set at $16,000.
