Arrests

  • Jason Beland Jr., 20, of South Quiver Terrace, Inverness, at 4:28 a.m. Oct. 31 on a felony charge of burglary that becomes armed. He was also charged with felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of burglary. His bond was set at $25,000 for the burglary but denied for the probation violation.

  • Joseph Evans, 25, of South Willow Terrace, Homosassa, at 6:37 a.m. Oct. 31 on a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of felony domestic battery by strangulation. According to his arrest affidavit, Evans was pulled over for driving a motorized bicycle without a tag and a methamphetamine pipe was found in his possession. His bond was set at $1,000 for the drug charge but denied for the probation violation.

  • Ashley Little, 35, of Daniel Street, Beverly Hills, at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 31 on an active Broward County warrant for aggravated battery, battery on a law enforcement officer, and resisting an officer without violence. She was already incarcerated at the Citrus County Detention Facility on unrelated charges.

  • Larry Skidmore III, 27, of Northwest 22nd Street, Crystal River, at 1:58 p.m. Oct. 31 on misdemeanor charges of operating a boat without a hull tag and possession of undersized oysters. His bond was set at $1,000.

  • Michelle Brogdon, 35, of South Natascha Point, Homosassa, at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 31 on an active warrant for trafficking in stolen property and false verification of ownership. She was transported from the Duval County Jail to the Citrus County Detention Facility. Her bond was set at $7,000.

  • Charles Dipilla, 40, of Crystal River, at 7:06 p.m. Oct. 31 on felony charges of lewd and lascivious battery on a child, lewd and lascivious molestation, and showing obscene material to a minor.

  • Susan Ritli-Fields, 47, of West Moss Lane, Crystal River, at 7:46 p.m. Oct. 31 on a felony charge of grand theft. According to her arrest affidavit, Ritli-Fields is accused of stealing $524 from a business where she was employed at the time. She reportedly  deposited business income into her personal account. Her bond was set at $2,000.

  • Amanda Cussins, 31, of Hernando, at 10:41 p.m. Oct. 31 on a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $1,000.

  • Billy Roseberry, 34, of Homosassa, at 11:33 p.m. Oct. 31 on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing. His bond was set at $1,000.

  • Tracy Liepke Jr., 29, of Homosassa, at 3:03 a.m. Nov. 1 on a felony charge of car burglary and a misdemeanor charge of battery. His bond was set at $6,000.

  • Richard Harkleroad, 48, of West Grove Street, Homosassa, at 9:47 a.m. Nov. 1 on an active warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of possession of methamphetamine.

  • Bruce Reardon, 37, of Homosassa, at 1:59 p.m. Nov. 1 for felony petit theft with two or more theft convictions. His bond was set at $2,000.

  • Joseph Agrifolio, 35, of Inverness, at 5:16 p.m. Nov. 1 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with misdemeanor failure to appear. His bond was set at $7,000.

  • Colleen Mahoney, 35, of East Hemlock Court, Homosassa, at 8:57 p.m. Nov. 1 on a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. According to her arrest affidavit, Mahoney was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over for a window tint violation and a metal spoon with heroin residue was found in her possession. Her bond was set at $1,000.

  • Jeff Lilyea, 62, of East Wood Knoll Lane, Hernando, at 9:01 p.m. Nov. 1 on misdemeanor charges of disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer without violence. According to his arrest affidavit, Lilyea is accused of causing a scene and then attempting to run away from the deputy. His bond was set at $1,500.
