Arrests

  • Robert Stevenson, 26, of Parkland Drive, Winter Park, at 1:43 a.m. March 5 on misdemeanor charges of drug paraphernalia and giving a false name to law enforcement. According to his arrest affidavit, Stevenson was pulled over for failing to yield. He reportedly gave the deputy a false name and numerous used syringes, baggies and cut straws were found in his possession. His bond was set at $2,000.

  • Keith Gerbert, 60, of Inverness, at 2:32 p.m. March 5 on misdemeanor charges of retail petit theft and failing to register as a felon. His bond was set at $1,000.

  • Jason Jablonski, 35, of Inverness, at 4:54 p.m. March 5 on two misdemeanor counts of resisting an officer without violence. He was also charged with felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of possession of methamphetamine. According to his arrest affidavit, Jablonski is accused of fleeing on foot when a deputy attempted to arrest him on an active warrant. His bond was set at $2,000 for the misdemeanor but denied for the probation violation.

  • Ronald Haecker, 54, of Crystal River, at 9 p.m. March 5 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with felony violation of probation. His bond was set at $3,000 for the drug charges but denied for the probation violation.

  • Gerald Deam Jr., 41, of Crystal River, at 9 p.m. March 5 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $3,000.

  • Robert Panholzer, 49, of Crystal River, at 9 p.m. March 5 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $3,000.

  • Cameron McCullough, 31, of Crystal River, at 9 p.m. March 5 on a felony charge of assault on a law enforcement officer and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $11,000.

  • Sarah Carter, 27, of Crystal River, at 9 p.m. March 5 on felony charges of possession with intent to sell a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanor charges of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis. Her bond was set at $9,000.

  • Matthew Horne, 32, of Crystal River, at 9 p.m. March 5 on felony charges of possession with intent to sell a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanor charges of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis. His bond was set at $9,000.

  • Larry James, 57, of Crystal River, at 9 p.m. March 5 on a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $1,000.

  • Leslie Benfield, 41, of Crystal River, at 9 p.m. March 5 on a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $1,000.

  • Joshua Nixon, 42, of Crystal River, at 9 p.m. March 5 on a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $1,000.

  • Claire Beck, 36, of Independence Highway, Inverness, at 11:03 p.m. March 5 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. According to her arrest affidavit, Beck was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over for a stop sign violation and approximately 3.5 unprescribed Xanax pills were found in her possession. Her bond was set at $2,000.
