DUI arrests

  • Michael Perez, 41, of Inverness, at 4:21 a.m. March 12 on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence. His bond was set at $1,000.

  • Melissa Kenneally, 36, of Beverly Hills, at 1:23 p.m. March 12 on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence. Her bond was set at $1,000.

Domestic arrest

  • Thomas Hall Jr., 28, of Inverness, at 8:21 p.m. March 12 on a misdemeanor charge of violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence.

Other arrests

  • Christopher Walters, 16, of Elmer Terrace, Hudson, at 10:50 a.m. March 12 on an active warrant for battery on detention staff. His bond was set at $2,000.

  • Joshua Phillips, 28, of Floral City, at 11:15 a.m. March 12 on an active warrant for being a fugitive from justice.

  • Blake Powell, 28, of West Vincent Lane, Crystal River, at 2:20 p.m. March 12 on misdemeanor charges of retail petit theft, resisting an officer without violence, and drug paraphernalia. According to his arrest affidavit, Powell is accused of shoplifting automotive supplies valued at $112.17 from the Inverness Walmart. He reportedly attempted to flee on a foot and a pipe with white residue was found in his possession. His bond was set at $2,500.

  • Angela Workman, 42, of North Manhattan Point, Dunnellon, at 3:29 p.m. March 12 on an active warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of failing to comply with sex offender reporting.

  • Bryce Coviello, 31, of West Fort Island Trail, Crystal River, at 3:40 p.m. March 12 on an active Marion County warrant for car burglary, grand theft, sex offender reporting, and criminal mischief. His bond was set at $8,000.

  • Nicole Sterling, 31, of East Bow Court, Inverness, at 4:18 p.m. March 12 on a misdemeanor charge of retail petit theft. According to her arrest affidavit, Sterling is accused of shoplifting merchandise valued at $118.67 from the Inverness Walmart. Her bond was set at $500.

  • Eric Sputa, 32, of Homosassa, at 7:50 p.m. March 12 on a felony charge of driving with a suspended license as a habitual offender and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $7,000.

  • Zachary Kellner, 28, of Crystal River, at 9:19 p.m. March 12 on misdemeanor charges of retail petit theft and drug paraphernalia. According to his arrest affidavit, Kellner is accused of shoplifting a battery booster from the Inverness Walmart. A syringe with methamphetamine residue was reportedly found in his possession during his arrest. His bond was set at $2,500.
