DUI arrest

  • Carl Silcott, 34, of Sur Lane, Lady Lake, at 7:08 p.m. June 27 on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence. According to his arrest affidavit Silcott was found passed out behind the wheel. He was asked to complete field sobriety tasks and did poorly. Silcott reportedly refused Breathalyzer testing to measure his blood alcohol level. His bond was set at $1,000.

Domestic arrest

  • Davelle Belcher, 47, of Homosassa, at 7:26 p.m. June 27 on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.

  • Lance Clothier-De La Cruz, 31, of Homosassa, at 1:03 p.m. June 26 on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.

 Other arrests

  • Vernon Roe, 39, of Crystal River, at 3:08 a.m. June 26 on a felony charge of aggravated battery with use of a deadly weapon. His bond was set at $20,000.

  • Rachael Carrabotta, 37, of Inverness, at 12:30 a.m. June 24 on felony charges of fraudulent use of a credit card and grand theft. Her bond was set at $4,000.

  • Billy Roseberry, 35, of Homosassa, at 2:26 p.m. June 26 on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing. His bond was set at $1,000.

  • Andrew Hayes, 32, of North Park Ridge Way, Hernando, at 7:08 p.m. June 26 on an active warrant for misdemeanor criminal mischief. His bond was set at $1,000.

  • Mitchell McGahen, 35, of Homosassa, at 1:49 a.m. June 27 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $2,000.

  • James Bennett Jr., 40, of Floral City, at 3:09 a.m. June 27 on a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia.

  • Finesha McNett, 35, of North Nature Trail, Hernando, at 4:52 p.m. June 27 on an active warrant for misdemeanor charges of cruelty to animals and unhealthy public nuisance. Her bond was set at $1,500.

  • Joshua Carter, 18, of Crystal River, at 7:01 p.m. June 27 on misdemeanor charges of battery, criminal mischief, and resisting an officer without violence. His bond was set at $2,500.

  • Joshua Hamblin, 32, of Ocala, at 11:32 p.m. June 27 on a misdemeanor charge of battery.
