Domestic arrest

  • Matthew Jefferson, 27, of Inverness, at 11:35 p.m. Jan. 19 on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.

Other arrests

  • Thomas Tyrrel, 29, of Northwest Sixth Street, Crystal River, at 9:14 p.m. Jan. 20 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of petit theft. He was also charged with felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of possession of methamphetamine. His bond was set at $5,000 for the new charges, but denied for the probation violation.

  • Jessica Carrabotta, 35, of South Gold Dust Terrace, Inverness, at 8:52 p.m. Jan. 20 on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and introduction of contraband into a detention facility. According to her arrest affidavit, Carrabotta was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over for speeding. K-9 Krennic alerted to possible drugs in the vehicle and approximately 1.09 grams of methamphetamine were found in her possession. While being held at the Citrus County Detention Facility an additional 0.67 grams of meth was found in her possession. Her bond was set at $4,000.

  • Casey Rickel, 33, of Hernando, at 8:23 p.m. Jan. 20 on a misdemeanor charge of retail petit theft.

  • Jesse Mathers, 25, of Hernando, at 5:14 p.m. Jan. 20 on misdemeanor charges of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license. Her bond was set at $1,500.

  • Kenneth Zimbro, 39, of Hernando, at 1:36 p.m. Jan. 20 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $3,000.

  • Angelica Ard, 18, of Ocala, at 10:16 a.m. Jan. 20 on six felony counts of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $13,000.

  • Dalton McGowan, 19, of Ocala, at 10:16 a.m. Jan. 20 on six felony counts of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $13,000.

  • Blake Ivkovic, 21, of Homosassa, at 1:35 p.m. Jan. 20 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $2,000.
