Arrests

  • Daniel Lamark, 49, of 14th Avenue Street, St. Petersburg, at 11:24 p.m. Feb. 5 on a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. According to his arrest affidavit, Lamark is accused of causing a disturbance at the Crystal River RaceTrac by dancing and showing aggressive behavior toward customers. His bond was set at $500.

  • Lourdes Ortiz, 49, of Hernando, at 10:46 p.m. Feb. 5 on a felony charge of aggravated battery with use of a deadly weapon.

  • Brett Bigel, 21, of Inverness, at 9:26 p.m. Feb. 5 on a misdemeanor charge of battery. His bond was set at $2,000.

  • Phillip Davis Jr., 47, of Floral City, at 8:35 p.m. Feb. 5 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $2,000.

  • Michael Bagley Jr., 29, of Homosassa, at 8:22 p.m. Feb. 5 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of possession of cannabis. His bond was set at $3,000.

  • Timothy Summers, 29, of Lecanto, at 6:04 p.m. Feb. 5 on a felony charge of introduction of contraband into a detention facility. His bond was set at $2,000.

  • Angelic Berlingieri O’Brien, 39, of Dunnellon, at 3:17 p.m. Feb. 4 on felony charges of trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $55,000.

  • Austin Stauffer, 29, of Inverness, at 2:45 p.m. Feb. 4 on a misdemeanor charge of obtaining merchandise with a false receipt. His bond was set at $500.

  • Timothy Dunn, 62, of West Alexander Drive, Dunnellon, at 2:27 p.m. Feb. 4 on a felony charge of battery on a law enforcement officer. According to his arrest affidavit, Dunn is accused of grabbing a deputy by his shirt during an investigation. His bond was set at $5,000.

  • Edward Gunter, 39, of Crystal River, at 5:54 a.m. Feb. 4 on a felony charge of abuse of an elderly or disabled adult.

  • Donovan Rogers, 26, of Inverness, at 1:15 a.m. Feb. 4 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license. His bond was set at $3,000.

  • Rachelle Baker, 55, of Hernando, at 1:15 a.m. Feb. 4 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. Her bond was set at $2,000.
