Randy Amsbury Jr., 46, of Crystal River, at 10:08 p.m. Nov. 26 on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. Â
Paul Williams III, 38, of Crystal River, at 4:58 p.m. Nov. 26 on a felony charge of domestic battery by strangulation. Â
Richard Connolly, 54, of Homosassa, at 4:41 p.m. Nov. 26 on a felony charge of domestic battery by strangulation. Â
Other arrests
Jimmy Burke, 22, of Homosassa, at 10:07 a.m. Nov. 27 on a felony charge of grand theft auto. His bond was set at $2,000.
Michael Carlisle, 47, of West Inverness Boulevard, Inverness, at 7:42 a.m. Nov. 27 on a felony charge of grand theft auto. According to his arrest affidavit, Carlisle is accused of stealing a white Jeep grand Cherokee. His bond was set at $2,000.
Tammy West, 40, of South Suncoast Boulevard, Homosassa, at 12:52 a.m. Nov. 27 on an active Lake County warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of attaching an unassigned tag to a vehicle.
Neil Keller, 31, of Beverly Hills, at 10:52 p.m. Nov. 26 on a felony charge of criminal mischief. His bond was set at $2,000.
Harold Fish, 28, of Hernando, at 10:22 p.m. Nov. 26 on a felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill. His bond was set at $2,000.
Melissa Esken, 43, of North Highland Park Drive, Hernando, at 10:22 p.m. Nov. 26 on a misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer without violence. According to her arrest affidavit, Esken is accused of impeding the arrest of Harold Fish by placing herself between him and the arresting officer. Her bond was set at $1,000.
Katelynn Cummings, 22, of North Caressa Way, Citrus Springs, at 6:27 p.m. Nov. 26 on an active Marion County warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Duane Bowles, 54, of Hernando, at 2:55 p.m. Nov. 26 on an active warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of battery on an elderly person.
Anthony Knowles, 28, of Dunnellon, at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 26 on a misdemeanor charge of violating a condition of pretrial release.
