DUI arrest
  • Cheryl Reese, 60, of Marjorie Avenue, Auburndale, at 3:45 p.m. July 29 on felony charges of vehicular homicide, driving under the influence and causing a death, DUI with serious injury to another, and DUI with property damage. Her bond was set at $27,000.

  • James Harris, 23, of North Crede Avenue, Crystal River, at 11:12 p.m. July 29 on an active warrant for felony grand theft auto. His bond was set at $5,000.

  • Melissa Chandler, 36, of Dunnellon, at 10:22 p.m. July 29 on a felony charge of exploitation of the elderly. Her bond was set at $5,000.

  • Jaclyn Jaeger, 33, of Crystal River, at 6:35 p.m. July 29 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $3,000.

  • James Woodard, 30, of Homosassa, at 6:35 p.m. July 29 for felony violation of probation.

  • Brandae Reynolds, 22, of Ella Avenue, Inverness, at 5:30 p.m. July 29 on an active warrant for misdemeanor petit theft. She was already incarcerated at the Citrus County Detention Facility on unrelated charges. Her bond was set at $1,000.

  • Matthew Hayes, 19, of South Sioux Road, Homosassa, at 5:30 p.m. July 29 on an active warrant for misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief and petit theft. He was already incarcerated at the Citrus County Detention Facility on unrelated charges. His bond was set at $1,500.

  • Michael McAllister, 36, of West Pelican Lane, Homosassa, at 3:17 p.m. July 29 on a felony charge of battery by a detainee on another detainee. According to his arrest affidavit, McAllister is accused of striking the victim in the face while they were both incarcerated at the Citrus County Detention Facility. His bond was set at $2,000.

  • Jean Lamarca, 45, of North Parkside Village Terrace, Beverly Hills, at 1:03 p.m. July 29 on an active St. Lucie County warrant for felony lewd and lascivious battery on a child between the ages of 12-16. His bond was set at $30,000.

  • Anthony Adcock, 30, of Hernando, at 12:46 p.m. July 29 on an active warrant for felony retail theft and misdemeanor trespassing. His bond was set at $3,000.

  • Bonnie Ball, 62, of East Raccoon Court, Inverness, at 11:28 a.m. July 29 on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. According to her arrest affidavit, Ball was parked in the Inverness Walmart parking lot and a pill container with methamphetamine residue was found in her possession. Her bond was set at $1,000.

  • Brian Murphy, 39, of Beverly Hills, at 1:25 a.m. July 29 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor charges of drug paraphernalia, resisting an officer without violence, and driving with a suspended license. His bond was set at $4,500.

  • Amber Conover, 28, of South Lee Way, Homosassa, at 12:01 a.m. July 29 on an active warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of credit card fraud.
