DUI arrest
  • Kyle Corriveau, 28, of South Thrasher Avenue, Homosassa, at 12:50 a.m. July 30 on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and possession of cannabis. According to his arrest affidavit, Corriveau was pulled over for losing control of his vehicle on West Homosassa Trail. He was asked to complete field sobriety tasks and did poorly. His bond was set at $2,000.

    Domestic battery arrest
  • Kashandia Martin, 38, of Hernando, at 12:43 p.m. July 30 on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.
Other arrests
  • Austin Orr, 22, of Hernando, at 10:57 p.m. July 30 on a felony charge of aggravated battery on a pregnant victim and a misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license. He was also charged with felony violation of probation.

  • Nicholas Trombetta, 31, of Inverness, at 10:14 p.m. July 30 on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and fleeing law enforcement and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with felony violation of probation.

  • Jarrod Teasdale, 29, of Homosassa, at 7:06 p.m. July 30 on an active warrant for felony violation of probation.

  • William McMurry, 49, of South Snapp Avenue, Inverness, at 6:36 p.m. July 30 on an active warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.

  • Rebecca Farless, 40, of North East Avenue, Inverness, at 3:49 p.m. July 30 on an active warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of introducing contraband into a detention facility.

  • James Walsh, 53, of Crystal River, at 2:54 p.m. July 30 on a misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer without violence.  His bond was set at $1,000.

  • James Woodard, 30, of Homosassa, at 2:40 p.m. July 30 on a felony charge of burglary and a misdemeanor charge of petit theft. His bond was set at $6,000.

  • Marcos Villanustre, 30, of West Arms Drive, Crystal River, at 2:30 p.m. July 30 on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft.  He was also charged with misdemeanor violation of probation. He was transported from the Marion County Jail to the Citrus County Detention Facility. His bond was set at $1,000 for the petit theft but denied for the probation violation.

  • John Monsegur III, 25, of South Jefferson Street, Beverly Hills, at 12:56 p.m. July 30 on an active warrant for felony charges of aggravated battery, kidnapping, armed robbery, and grand theft auto. His bond was set at $95,000.
