Keller Williams Elite Partners II were able to stay open when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. They closed the office and moved remotely online.
The transition from the office to online was an easy adjustment as Keller Willams was already using the necessary technology to work remotely.
Agents were still able to show houses with many safety guidelines. They were required to wear booties over their shoes, gloves, masks, sanitize everything, and could only show a house to one customer at a time.
Some agents performed virtual open houses where the agent would go into the house while video chatting the customer and take them on a tour of the house.
Since the stay-at-home order has been lifted Keller Willams has reopened their office.
“We opened with CDC guidelines of wearing masks in common areas and social distancing,” Sherri Orenodof said.
Keller Williams wants the community to know that they are open for business. “Our agents are working hard to protect their customers, both buyers and sellers,” Orendof said.
In two years they hope to grow their business in all aspects.
“We are focused on the growth of our business economically, socially and culturally," Orendof said. "We would like to be a resource in the community for training, information and support.”
Keller Williams Elite II is at 105 W. Main Street, Inverness.
