Amvets Post 89 participate in flag raising

Harry M. Bailey AmVets Post 89 recently participated in the Memorial Day Purple Heart flag raising on May 31. The service was performed at the Beverly Hills Civic Center. The flag was raised to half-mast in commemoration of fallen service members. 

Amvets Post 89 is always looking for new members to help with the work they do for veterans, the youth and the community. All with an honorable or general discharge as well as active duty are eligible to join.
