American Legion Post 155 of Crystal River recently paid tribute with a moving ceremony, on POW/MIA Recognition Day.
Post Commander, Douglas M. Hockenberry officiated the ceremony and extends thanks to the seventy-two members and guests from the community who came out to share in this tribute.
The ceremony included Unit 155, American Legion Auxiliary; Squadron 155, Sons of the American Legion; and Chapter 155, American Legion Riders.
Post 155 Honor Guard had center stage with the posting of the National Colors, providing sentinels throughout the ceremony at the POW/MIA table and provided a Firing Squad Detail.
The ceremony culminated with the Playing of Taps.
"A wonderful ceremony shared by all in attendance," shared Commander Hockenberry.
