The Rotary Club of Inverness, in partnership with the City of Inverness, recently cut the ceremonial ribbon at the completion of the Phase 2 Project at Bryant Park in Inverness.

This year’s upgrades included land preparation, installation of shaded picnic furnishings, BBQ grills and trash receptacles.

This effort was completed thanks to funds contributed by all six Rotary Clubs in Citrus County and with the help of a Rotary District Grant. The work and labor were provided by the Rotary Club of Inverness, the Interact Club of Citrus High School, Rotary Youth Exchange students, staff from the City of Inverness, and friends and family of rotarians.

This project is part of a multi-year plan in which the Rotary Club of Inverness will work to add playground equipment, bathrooms and other amenities to this park location in the upcoming years.
