Citrus Community Concert Choir

The Citrus Community Concert Choir are offering scholarships to those looking to continue their education in music.

Created in 2003, the Citrus Community Concert Choir (CCCC) is a not-for-profit organization that strives to bring new musical experiences to Citrus County residents. Their mission is to provide classical and contemporary choral music to the community by presenting several concerts every year and to pass on the opportunity for further education in the field of music to future generations through scholarships.

Proceeds from the community attending their concerts, along with funding from personal contributions as well as advertising by local businesses and the support from the Citrus County Chronicle has permitted them to, again, offer $1,500 scholarships to qualifying Citrus County students continuing the study of music at a college level.

If you are aware of such students, please advise them to apply for this scholarship by obtaining an application form from their music teacher or guidance counselor at their school or by downloading an application from

Complete the application and submit it with the requested information to the address listed for US mail or by email at All applications must be received by March 31.
