Delta Kappa Gamma International Society of Key Women donates to Citrus County Education Foundation

Foundation Executive Director Shaunda Burdette, left, accepts a check for $200 along with over $50 in supplies from DKG President Bonnie Ignico. 

Recently, the local Mu Chapter of the Delta Kappa Gamma (DKG) International Society of Key Women in Education presented a check and some school supplies to the Citrus County Education Foundation for the replenishment of classroom supplies for teachers.

DKG is composed of working and retired teachers who strive to support educational issues through scholarships, monetary contributions, and in joint programs with the local school district.
