The Citrus County Chronicle's King of Wings is Back! Who will be crowned King? The national wings phenomenon may have started in 1964 at the Anchor Bar Restaurant in Buffalo, New York, but all of America can now claim its impact among lovers of the smallest portion of the chicken, and Citrus County is no exception. Two of the participating restaurants will be crowned King of Wings.
