Reiki Share, a non-invasive, energy-based approach to relaxation and healing, is a new wellness offering debuting in 2021 at Friends of Citrus and the Nature Coast. Starting January 9 and facilitated by Reiki Masters Ellen Armitage and Betsy Schwartz, sessions will meet the second Saturday monthly between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. at the Wings Grief Center, 8471 W. Periwinkle Lane (gold building on right) in Homosassa Springs.

Designed to help the body heal itself physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually while improving balance, health and well-being, 15-minute Reiki Share sessions will start at approximately 10:00, 10:20 and 10:40 a.m. Participants may register for one session or multiple sessions. All sessions will observe CDC guidelines for safety and gatherings, and each session will be limited to 10 participants; therefore, anyone interested should reserve a spot in advance by calling 352-249-1470.
