Audition For A Community Theatre Play

Stepping out of your comfort zone can be very uncomfortable, but becoming a seasoned performer might just be your cup of tea. Actors ages 6-80 often get their start on the local stage. Most community theaters are low pressure environments and excellent places to get some theater experience.

The Art Center of Citrus County is moving the plays originally scheduled for the 2020-21 season to the upcoming 2021-22 season. They will be presented in the same order, and on approximately the same dates, as they were scheduled for this season. In place of plays originally scheduled for the 2020-21 season, they are putting on the stage a variety of productions that will include but not limited to, smaller cast plays and musicals, monologue competitions, virtual productions, radio plays, reading and production of original works by local writers, and other activities that limit the number of people involved in presenting and attending the production.
