Diane Lewis
Handsome Ranger

lab/retriever mix
Citrus County Animal Shelter
Ranger is very handsome Black Lab mix. He has an athletic build and is a happy-go-lucky, energetic guy. He is so sweet and respectful, he patiently waits for his kennel to be opened. He is dog friendly and has a great personality. This boy is HILARIOUS! He likes to roll out of the kiddie pool and tip it over. He absolutely loves the water!! He seems to be housebroken but could use a little leash training. He would make a family very happy. You will see when you meet him, he is a joy! Ranger has been at the shelter since July so it's time that he get back into a home with a family of his own.
Tipping over the kiddie pool so the water runs out!
Special to the Chronicle

Andy is a 9-month-old Chihuahua/terrier mix that weighs about 15 pounds. He is smart and knows the sit command and is doing great on house training. Sally is a beagle/terrier mix with pretty colors on her face. She is only about 9 months old and weighs 13 pounds and is doing well on her training, also. They would both be wonderful family dogs; adopted together or separately. Adopt A Rescued Pet Inc. does home visits prior to adoptions; therefore, we can only adopt the Citrus County area.
