Arrests

  • Lucas Redd, 38, of Black Quill Drive, Winter Garden, at 12:11 a.m. Dec. 23 on misdemeanor charges of possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia. According to his arrest affidavit, Redd was pulled over for failing to maintain a single lane of traffic. K-9 Six alerted to possible drugs in the vehicle and a small amount of marijuana and a glass pipe were found in his possession. His bond was set at $2,000.
  • Anna Miele-Sauer, 64, of South Pendant Point, Floral City, at 12:24 p.m. Dec. 23 for felony petit theft with two or more convictions of a theft. According to her arrest affidavit, Miele-Sauer is accused of shoplifting sunglasses and jewelry valued at $88 from the Inverness Bealls. Her bond was set at $2,000.
  • Victor Higuera, 42, at 1:53 p.m. Dec. 23 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor charges of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license. According to his arrest affidavit, Higuera was pulled over for not having a license plate on his vehicle. Higuera did not have a valid driver’s license and one hydrocodone pill, a glass pipe and syringes were reportedly found in his possession. His bond was set at $3,500.
  • Craig Roccki, 21, of Crystal River, at 5:59 p.m. Dec. 23 on a felony charge of grand theft. His bond was set at $2,000.
  • Shelly Hufstetler, 35, of East Turner Camp Road, Inverness, at 9:57 a.m. Dec. 24 on a misdemeanor charge of retail petit theft. According to her arrest affidavit, Hufstetler is accused of shoplifting two pairs of shoes valued at $130 from the Inverness Bealls. Her bond was set at $1,000.
  • Lucille Blanchard, 50, of South Spice Wood Terrace, Lecanto, at 1:48 p.m. Dec. 24 on a felony charge of battery on a person over the age of 65 and a misdemeanor charge of petit theft. According to her arrest affidavit, Blanchard is accused grabbing her 69-year-old neighbor by his shirt and pushing him backward, then stealing his American flag valued at approximately $15. She was reportedly upset that her neighbor had a flag in his front yard and came over to remove it when the altercation occurred. Her bond was set at $2,500.
  • Diana Baldwin, 31, of South Thrasher Avenue, Homosassa, at 4:19 p.m. Dec. 24 on a misdemeanor charge of carrying a concealed weapon. According to her arrest affidavit, Baldwin was pulled over for a stop sign violation. K-9 Six alerted to possible drugs or weapons in the vehicle and a hatchet was found concealed in the driver’s door pocket. Her bond was set at $500.
  • Susan Pertle, 56, of Homosassa, at 9 p.m. Dec. 24 on a felony charge of introducing contraband into a detention facility and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. According to her arrest affidavit, Pertle is accused of causing a public disturbance by singing loudly and yelling outside of the victim’s residence. She reportedly had six clonazepam pills hidden in her bra when she arrived at the Citrus County Detention Facility. Her bond was set at $3,000.
  • Jarrod Branscum, 21, of West Cardinal Street, Homosassa, at 1:21 a.m. Dec. 25 on a misdemeanor charge of battery. According to his arrest affidavit, Branscum is accused of punching the victim in the face multiple times during an arguement. His bond was set at $1,000.
  • Kimberly Broadhead, 32, of West Hampshire Boulevard, Citrus Springs, at 2:21 p.m. Dec. 25 on an active Levy County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance.
  • Randall Cates, 36, of Claude Court, Northglenn, Colorado, at 10:15 p.m. Dec. 25 on a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. According to his arrest affidavit, Cates was pulled over for an expired tag. He reportedly consented to a search of his vehicle and two glass pipes were found in his possession. His bond was set at $1,000.
  • Justin Jacobs, 22, of South Fillmore Street, Beverly Hills, at 3:43 a.m. Dec. 26 on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing. According to his arrest affidavit, Jacobs is accused of trespassing on his neighbor’s property after being trespassed from the residence earlier in the year. His bond was set at $1,000.
  • Jessica Naperski, 34, of Homosassa, at 11:17 a.m. Dec. 26 for felony retail theft. Her bond was set at $2,000.
  • Joseph Winner, 27, of East Warmouth Court, Floral City, at 2:10 p.m. Dec. 26 on an active Hernando County warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from original charges of burglary and grand theft.
  • Daria Fediuchek, 27, of East Baymeadows Drive, Inverness, at 4:37 p.m. Dec. 26 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of retail petit theft. According to her arrest affidavit, Fediuchek is accused of shoplifting merchandise valued at $242.05 from the Inverness Walmart. She reportedly had a methadone pill in her possession during the arrest. Her bond was set at $2,500.
  • Billy Knight Jr., 33, of Homosassa, at 4:49 p.m. Dec. 26 on an active Hamilton County, Tennessee, warrant for a felony charge of tampering with evidence, making him a fugitive from justice.
  • James Stack, 52, of Homosassa, at 6:35 p.m. Dec. 26 on felony charges of battery on a person over the age of 65 and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, along with a misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer without violence.
  • Sara Bove, 24, of Homosassa, at 11:31 p.m. Dec. 26 on a felony charge of introduction of contraband into a detention facility and misdemeanor charges of driving with a suspended license and drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $3,500.
  • Robert Anderson, 46, of Lecanto, at 6:45 a.m. Dec. 27 on a felony charge of lewd and lascivious molestation on a child between the ages of 12-16.
  • Jeffery Reed, 32, of East Gentry Street, Inverness, at 12:37 p.m. Dec. 27 on an active warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of dealing in stolen property.
  • Yolanda Graham, 53, of Hernando, at 1 p.m. Dec. 27 on a felony charge of driving with a suspended license as a habitual offender, and misdemeanor charges of possession of cannabis and resisting an officer without violence. Her bond was set at $4,000.
  • Alexander Anderson, 21, of Beverly Hills, at 1:10 p.m. Dec. 27 on a felony charge of criminal mischief with over $1,000 in damages. His bond was set at $2,000.
  • Kelly Mowery, 32, of Inverness, at 2:32 p.m. Dec. 27 on felony charges of petit theft with two or more convictions and trafficking in stolen property. Her bond was set at $10,000.
  • Matthew Neal, 25, of West Wheatfield Lane, Dunnellon, at 3:19 p.m. Dec. 27 on an active warrant for a felony charge of lewd and lascivious molestation on a child between the ages of 12-16. Neal was transported from the Mayo Correctional Annex to the Citrus County Detention Facility. His bond was set at $5,000.
  • Terri Oulch, 31, of Lecanto, at 5:57 p.m. Dec. 27 on a felony charge of fraudulent use of credit cards. Her bond was set at $2,000.

  • A commercial burglary was reported at 11:02 p.m. Dec. 21 in the 900 block of W. Roosevelt Blvd., Beverly Hills.
  • A burglary to a structure was reported at 9:16 a.m. Friday, Dec. 22, in the 2000 block of State Road West, Inverness.
  • A residential burglary was reported at 2:50 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 23, in the 6600 block of W. Avocado St., Crystal River.
  • A commercial burglary was reported at 8:12 p.m. Dec. 23 in the 4600 block of S. Florida Ave., Inverness.
  • A commercial burglary was reported at 2:31 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 24, in the 2400 block of N. Heritage Oaks Path, Hernando.
  • A vehicle burglary was reported at 1:27 p.m. Dec. 24 in the 10300 block of W. Halls River Road, Homosassa.
  • A vehicle burglary was reported at 1:36 p.m. Dec. 24 in the 8000 block of E. Southlake Drive, Floral City.
  • A burglary to a structure was reported at 11:13 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 26, in the 1200 block of E. Norvell Bryant Highway, Hernando.
  • A vehicle burglary was reported at 11:59 a.m. Dec. 26 in the 800 block of N. Venturi Ave., Crystal River.
  • A commercial burglary was reported at 12:23 p.m. Dec. 26 in the 2000 block of State Road 44 West, Inverness.
  • A burglary to a structure was reported at 9:38 p.m. Dec. 26 in the 2400 block of S. Woodbine Ave., Homosassa.
  • A vehicle burglary was reported at 10:04 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 27, in the 3900 block of N. Bluewater Drive, Hernando.
  • A vehicle burglary was reported at 9:50 p.m. Dec. 27 in the 800 block of Maple Ave., Inverness.
  • A residential burglary was reported at 10:07 p.m. Dec. 27 in the 900 block of Yale Lane, Inverness.

  • A misdemeanor retail theft was reported at 4:49 p.m. Dec. 21 in the 2800 block of E. Gulf-to-Lake Highway, Inverness.
  • A petit theft was reported at 9:28 p.m. Dec. 21 in the 6000 block of E. Penrose St., Inverness.
  • An auto theft was reported at 6:17 a.m. Friday, Dec. 22, in the 3300 block of N. Burroughs Path, Beverly Hills.
  • A petit theft was reported at 10:52 a.m. Dec. 22 in the 1500 block of W. Ravine Lane, Dunnellon.
