    • Erica Calculli, 23, of Crystal River, at 8:33 a.m. Sept. 12 on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.
    • Philip Zock, 31, of Hernando, at 7:59 p.m. Sept. 12 on misdemeanor charges of domestic battery and possession of a habit forming drug.

    DUI arrests

    • Michael Mayo, 54, of Honeycreek Terrace, Crystal River, at 9:32 p.m. Sept. 9 on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence. According to his arrest affidavit, Mayo was driving erratically and almost hit the car in front of him. He was asked to complete field sobriety tasks and did poorly. Mayo reportedly refused breathalyzer testing to measure his blood alcohol level. His bond was set at $1,000.

    Arrests

    * Kevin Winch, 39, of South Pennway Point, Homosassa, at 11:18 p.m. Sept. 6 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. According to his arrest affidavit, Winch was pulled over for a stop-sign violation. Winch reportedly consented to a search of his vehicle and approximately 1 gram of methamphetamine and a glass pipe were found in his possession. His bond was set at $3,000.

    Burglaries

    * A residential burglary was reported at 9:34 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 31, in the 6000 block of S. Lewdingar Drive, Homosassa.

    * A residential burglary was reported at 12:54 p.m. Aug. 31 in the 2100 block of W. Howard Place, Dunnellon.

    DUI arrest

    * Rony Tomas-Lopez, 31, of South Lecanto Highway, Lecanto, at 2:10 a.m. Aug. 31 on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and DUI with property damage. According to his arrest affidavit, Tomas-Lopez hit two mailboxes in a single-car accident in Beverly Hills. He was asked to complete field sobriety tasks and did poorly. Tomas-Lopez refused breath testing to measure his blood alcohol level. His bond was set at $4,000.

    * Christopher Adams, 32, of Lecanto, at 8:48 a.m. Aug. 30 on a felony charge of grand theft and a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.

    * Juan Ivanyi, 47, of Hernando, at 2:34 p.m. Aug. 30 on a misdemeanor charge of violating a condition of pretrial release for a domestic battery arrest.

    • Lance Frament, 44, of West Gallagher Street, Citrus Springs, at 7:25 p.m. Aug. 29 on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence. According to his arrest affidavit, Frament was involved in a car accident on County Road 495. He was asked to complete field sobriety tasks and refused. Frament also refused Breathalyzer testing to measure his blood alcohol level. His bond was set at $1,000.
