* Michael Bagley Jr., 26 of South Happy Drive, Homosassa, at 11:17 p.m. Oct. 18 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. According to his arrest affidavit, deputies approached Bagley concerning an open warrant and approximately 0.58 grams of methamphetamine and a syringe were found in his possession. His bond was set at $3,000.
* Craig Hofmeister, 50, of Hernando, at 9:42 a.m. Oct. 17 on a misdemeanor charge of violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence and violating a condition for pre-trial release on a domestic violence charge.
* Kenneth Osborne, 38, of North Limbo Terrace, Inverness, at 11:33 p.m. Oct. 13 on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence. According to his arrest affidavit, Osbourne was pulled over for passing on a double yellow line. He was asked to complete field sobriety tasks and did poorly. Osborne reportedly refused to submit to breath testing to measure his blood alcohol level. His bond was set at $1,000.
* Carl Goss, 20, of West Woodland Ridge Drive, Lecanto, at 9:51 p.m. Oct. 12 on a felony charge of battery on a detention facility staff member. According to his arrest affidavit, Goss is accused of punching a juvenile detention officer at Cypress Creek Academy in the mouth and giving him a split lip. Goss was already incarcerated at Cypress Creek at the time of the incident. His bond was set at $5,000.
