Upon arrival at the home on West Manasha Street, deputies concluded the two suspects were under the influence of methamphetamine, and the pair told deputies there were materials for manufacturing methamphetamine inside the home. Mansfield said he had purchased materials, including lye, liquid drain opener, Coleman fuel and Sudafed and admitted to using methamphetamine. He said he had attempted to manufacture methamphetamine twice; the first attempt was unsuccessful.

Chouinard admitted to helping during the cooking process. She also said they never sold any methamphetamine, according to the report.
