*  David Scott Hoover, 41, of Beverly Hills, at 12:40 p.m. Monday was arrested on a charge of felony battery — domestic — strangulation. Bond $2,000.
* Derek Allen Santoro, 20, of Inverness, at 1:23 a.m. Monday was arrested on a charge of domestic battery. No bond.
* Keith A. Rigoulot, 52, of Crystal River, at 10:33 p.m. Monday was arrested on a charge of domestic battery. No bond.
