Domestic battery arrests

* Kristin LaPointe, 28, of Dunnellon, at 11:24 a.m. June 26 on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.

* Paul Clem, 44, of Beverly Hills, at 12:15 a.m. June 27 on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.

* Robert Seward Jr., 33, of Hernando, at 2:03 a.m. June 27 on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.

Other arrests

* Justin Wideman, 25, of West Customer Court, Lecanto, at 11:31 a.m. June 25 on an active Houston County, Alabama, warrant for being a fugitive from justice stemming from an original charge of writing worthless checks. 

*  Michael Autenrieth, 28, of South Desoto Street, Beverly Hills, at 11:30 a.m. June 25 on felony charges of uttering and publishing a forged instrument, criminal use of personal identification information, and scheming to defraud. According to his arrest affidavit, Autenrieth reportedly had done repair work for an individual, allowing him access to the victim’s checkbook and private files. On Monday, Autenrieth entered an Ocala bank and attempted to pass himself off as the victim. The report states that the teller became suspicious because the victim was 84 and the suspect was in his 30s, and refused to complete the transaction. The report further states that Autenrieth attempted to deposit a check for $24,000 into his own Bank of America account and then close the account, but was again denied. Bond $6,000.

* Amy Endsley, 49, of North Pine Haven Point, Crystal River, at 11:18 a.m. June 25 on felony charges of possession with intent to sell a controlled substance, and leasing or renting a structure for the purpose of trafficking, along with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia. According to her arrest affidavit, members of the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Impact Unit and the Community Crimes Division executed a search warrant at the residence and found a plastic measuring cup of psilocybin mushrooms. According to the Department of Justice, psilocybin is a hallucinogenic substance obtained from certain types of mushrooms. These mushrooms typically contain 0.2 to 0.4 percent psilocybin and a trace amount of psilocin, another hallucinogenic substance. Bond $5,000.

* Vera Lindahl, 45, Tara Murawski, 29, Zachary Kellner, 22, and Richard Harkleroad, 43, of North Pine Haven Point, Crystal River, at 11:18 a.m. June 25 on felony charges of possession with intent to sell a controlled substance, and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia. According to their arrest affidavits, members of the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Impact Unit and the Community Crimes Division executed a search warrant at the residence and found a plastic measuring cup of psilocybin mushrooms. Bond was set at $3,000 for each of the accused.

* Ben Padgett, 28, of North Pine Haven Point, Crystal River, at 11:18 a.m. June 25 on a felony charge of possession with intent to sell a controlled substance. According to his arrest affidavit, members of the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Impact Unit and the Community Crimes Division executed a search warrant at the residence and found a plastic measuring cup of psilocybin mushrooms. Bond $2,000.

* Michael Strickland, 28, of Yew Street, Floral City, at 4:47 p.m. June 25 on two misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia. According to his arrest affidavit, Strickland was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over for failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. A K-9 unit alerted to possible drugs and a set of scales and a vitamin container, which both reportedly tested positive for traces of methamphetamine, were found in Strickland’s possession. Bond $2,000.

* Melissa Fellhauer, 31, of Turner Camp Road, Inverness, at 7:37 p.m. June 25 on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft with a previous conviction of any theft. According to her arrest affidavit, Fellhauer is accused of shoplifting T-shirts, underwear, a baseball glove, and a phone case, valued at $168.43, from the Inverness area Walmart. Bond $1,000. 

* Sara Winn, 31, of South Ricky Terrace, Inverness, at 9:51 a.m. June 26 on an active warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of possession of methamphetamine. 

* Porter Miller, 80, of East Holly Street, Inverness, at 12:30 p.m. June 26 on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing on property other than a structure or conveyance. According to his arrest affidavit, Miller is accused of trespassing at Whispering Pines Park after being previously trespassed from the area. Bond $1,000.

* Melinda Wood, 27, of South Dover Terrace, Inverness, at 3:30 p.m. June 26 on an active warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of grand theft. 

* Kimberly Ripp, 44, of East Stage Coach Trail, Floral City, at 10:02 p.m. June 26 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, and three misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia. According to her arrest affidavit, Ripp was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over for speeding. A K-9 unit alerted to possible drugs and 0.7 grams of methamphetamine, a glass pipe, a syringe, and a cut straw were found in her purse. Bond $3,500.

* Charles Rushing-Griffen, 23, of Northwest Fourth Avenue, Ocala, at 2:23 p.m. June 27 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of possession of cannabis. According to his arrest affidavit, Rushing-Griffen was pulled over for a routine traffic stop. A K-9 unit alerted to possible drugs in the vehicle and five hydromorphone tablets, along with approximately 4.6 grams of cannabis were found in his possession. Bond $3,000.
