DUI arrest

* Keith Mornan, 57, of West Duck Court, Homosassa, at 5:55 a.m. May 3 on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence. According to his arrest affidavit, Mornan was pulled over for passing on a double yellow line in a no passing zone. He was asked to perform field sobriety tests and did poorly. He reportedly refused Breathalyzer testing to measure the blood alcohol level in his blood. Bond $500.

Domestic battery arrests

* Gary Smith, 30, at 10:30 p.m. May 2 on a felony charge of domestic battery by strangulation, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.

* Tracy Rouse, 44, of Hernando, at 9:56 p.m. May 4 on misdemeanor charges of domestic battery, and battery.

Other arrests

* Jason Willey, 33, of North Adams Street, Beverly Hills, at 10:20 a.m. May 2 on an active warrant for felony violation of probations stemming from an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.

* Angelo Trapuzzano Jr., 30, of East Bear Lane, Hernando, at 11 a.m. May 2 on felony charges of possession with intent to sell a controlled substance and trafficking in stolen property, along with misdemeanor charges of possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia. According to his arrest affidavit, deputies executed a search warrant on Trapuzzano’s residence. Approximately two grams of methamphetamine, nine grams of cannabis, a glass pipe, and a scale were found. Trapuzzano reportedly admitted that he sold methamphetamine and a sales ledger was found in his bedroom. A gun at the home had been previously stolen and Trapuzzano reportedly admitted he was aware that the gun was “hot” when he bought it. Bond $16,000.

* Timothy Stratton, 28, of Northeast Third Street, Crystal River, at 11:18 p.m. May 2 on felony charges of trafficking in stolen property, grand theft, and false verification of ownership. According to his arrest affidavit, Stratton is accused of stealing an iPhone, valued at $400 and then selling it to a pawn shop for $50. The owner of the phone reportedly gave him permission to use the phone to make a phone call and instead of returning the phone after the call Stratton disappeared and did not return. Bond $5,000.

* Brandy Seeber, 41, of North Santos Drive, Citrus Springs, at 1:26 p.m. May 2 on felony charges of trafficking in stolen property and false verification of ownership. According to her arrest affidavit, Seeber is accused of stealing a crossbow, valued at $1,200, then selling the crossbow at a Crystal River pawnshop for $250. Bond $7,000.

* April Wilder, 36, of West Seven Rivers Farm Street, Crystal River, at 1:45 p.m. 

May 2 on felony charges of burglary to an unoccupied residence and grand theft. According to her arrest affidavit, Wilder is accused of entering a residence without permission and taking a title to a trailer. She was arrested again on May 3 and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and felony introduction of contraband into a detention facility, along with knowingly driving with a suspended license. According to the arrest affidavit, Wilder was in a vehicle pulled over for failing to come to a complete stop, but a deputy had also reportedly witnessed her pulling out of her driveway a few minutes earlier. At the Citrus County Detention Facility approximately 1.3 grams of methamphetamine was found in her possession. Her total bond was set at $9,500.

* Amy Carpinetti, 25, of Stotler Avenue, Inverness, at 9:02 p.m. May 2 on a felony charge of felony retail theft. According to her arrest affidavit, Carpinetti is accused of shoplifting miscellaneous electronics, tools, clothing and baby items with a total value of $382.07, from the Lecanto Walmart. Bond $2,000.

* Peter Riemer, 51, of North Carl G. Rose Highway, Hernando, at 11:02 p.m. May 2 on an active warrant for felony charges of trafficking in stolen property and false verification of ownership. According to his arrest affidavit, Riemer was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility at the time of his arrest. Bond $10,000.

* Michael Fanizza, 20, of North Donovan Avenue, Crystal River, at 10:53 p.m. May 2 on a misdemeanor charge of retail petit theft. According to his arrest affidavit, Fanizza is accused of shoplifting three PlayStation games and a package of car fuses with a total value of $62.85 from the Lecanto Walmart. Bond $250.

* Amy Reyburn, 43, of West Clearbrook Lane, Homosassa, at 2:57 p.m. May 2 on an active warrant for a misdemeanor charge of retail petit theft. Bond $500.

* Robert Weatherly III, 39, of West State Street, Homosassa, at 7:37 p.m. May 4 on a felony charge of knowingly driving with a suspended license with prior convictions, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of cannabis. According to his arrest affidavit, Weatherly was pulled over for failing to wear a seat belt. A K-9 unit alerted to possible drugs in the vehicle and a small amount of cannabis was found in his possession. Bond $2,500.

* Robert Shade, 32, of West Roadrunner Court, Homosassa, at 7:37 p.m. May 4 on a felony charge possession of a controlled substance. According to his arrest affidavit, Shade was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over for failing to wear a seat belt. A K-9 unit alerted to possible drugs in the vehicle and methamphetamine was found in his possession. Bond $5,000.

* Christine Waters, 31, of West Stuart Lane, Homosassa, at 7:55 p.m. May 4 on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and introduction of contraband into a detention facility. According to her arrest affidavit, Waters was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over for failing to wear a seat belt. A K-9 unit alerted to possible drugs in the vehicle and approximately one gram of methamphetamine was found in her possession. During a search at the Citrus County Detention Facility 5.1 grams of methamphetamine and three Oxycodone pills were found hidden on her body. Bond $5,000.

* Jacqueline Rediker, 62, of Jones Avenue, Inverness, at 10:24 p.m. May 4 on a misdemeanor charge of battery. According to her arrest affidavit, Rediker is accused of punching the victim in the mouth with a closed fist. Reportedly the punch happened when a verbal dispute among residents of the home turned physical. Bond $250.

* Alex Euceda, 27, of South Harrison Street, Beverly Hills, at 10:31 p.m. May 4 on a misdemeanor charge of retail petit theft. According to his arrest affidavit, Euceda is accused of shoplifting a tool box and a bicycle, valued at $50, from the donation center of the Key Training Center. Bond $250.
