Domestic battery arrests

* Mathew Gord, 23, of Beverly Hills, at 11:15 a.m. April 3 on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. He was also charged with felony violation of probation.

* Murray Seamon, 48, of Crystal River, at 7:08 p.m. April 3 on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.

* Nichole Barber, 28, of Hernando, at 8:05 p.m. April 3 on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.

* William Carlton II, 47, of Homosassa, at 2:57 a.m. April 4 on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.

Other arrests

* Thomas Lindlau, 24, at 9:48 a.m. April 3 on a felony charge of auto theft. According to his arrest affidavit, a white box truck was reported blocking the entryway into Seven Rivers hospital and a database search confirmed the truck had been stolen from a Lakeland moving company. The hospital security guard reportedly gave a description of a suspicious suspect seen near the truck, and later in the morning another call was received about the same suspicious-looking male in the area of Power Line Road. During questioning, Lindlau reportedly admitted to taking the truck and driving it until it ran out of gas, then abandoning it at the hospital. Bond $2,000. 

* Earl Abbey, 33, of Southeast 60th Avenue, Belleview, at 12:02 p.m. April 3 on an active warrant for felony charges including possession of a controlled substance, grand theft, trafficking in hydrocodone, and burglary to an unoccupied structure. According to his arrest affidavit, Abbey was transported from the Marion County Jail to the Citrus County Detention Facility. Bond $70,000.

* Jessica Brush, 19, of South Lewdingar Drive, Homosassa, at 3:12 p.m. April 3 on an active Hernando County warrant for retail grand theft. According to her arrest affidavit, Brush was transported from the Citrus County Courthouse to the detention facility on the warrant execution. Bond $2,000.

* Clifford Holm, 56, of North Pennsylvania Avenue, Crystal River, at 2:33 p.m. 

April 3 on a misdemeanor charge of attempting to defraud a lawfully administered urine test. According to his arrest affidavit, Holm was being served a warrant on an unrelated charge and a deputy found a cylinder of urine taped to his rib cage. Holm reportedly admitted he had smoked marijuana recently and was worried he would not pass a drug test. The active warrant was reportedly placed on hold until the new charge was processed. Bond $500.

* Brandy Langley, 35, of North Florida Avenue, Inverness, at 3:15 p.m. April 3 on a felony charge of driving with a suspended license as a habitual offender and a misdemeanor charge of obstruction by a disguised person. She was also charged with felony violation of probation stemming from an original Hernando County charge of organized fraud, and misdemeanor violation of probation stemming from an original Polk County charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. According to her arrest affidavit, Langley is accused of speeding past a fire truck at the scene of an accident. Deputies were unable to detain the vehicle at that time, however approximately 30 minutes later she was reportedly pulled over for aggressive driving. Despite the fact that Langley gave a false name to deputies, her identity was uncovered and a database search revealed her license had been suspended multiple times and revoked in in 2006. Bond was denied.

* Marilyn Stephens, 31, of West Pine, Crystal River, at 4:13 p.m. April 3 on an active warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from original charges including two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer with violence.

* Kristen Andre, 31, of County Road 485, Lake Panasoffkee, at 7:48 p.m. April 3 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. According to her arrest affidavit, Andre was stopped for speeding. A K-9 unit alerted to possible drugs in the vehicle and 0.2 grams of methamphetamine, along with several baggies with methamphetamine residue, were found in her possession. Bond $5,500.

* Jade Nelson, 20, of South La Belle Drive, Inverness, at 8:32 p.m. April 3 on an active warrant for a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). According to her arrest affidavit, Nelson turned herself in to the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office. Bond $5,000.

* Jesse Brentlinger, 21, of West Doe Lane, Homosassa, at 9:54 p.m. April 3 on two active warrants for felony violation of probation stemming from the original charges of possession of methamphetamine, and fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer. He was also charged with misdemeanor resisting of an officer without violence. According to his arrest affidavit, Brentlinger is accused of attempting to take off on foot after deputies approached him about two active warrants. 

* Tyler Gazley, 20, of Vinca Street, Homosassa, at 

10:27 p.m. April 3 on a misdemeanor charge of possession of cannabis. According to his arrest affidavit, Gazley was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over for failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. A small amount of marijuana was reportedly visible on his lap, and when searched, deputies found 1.9 grams of marijuana in his possession. He was also charged with felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of dealing in stolen property. 

* Kimberly Heinemann, 41, of North Coleus Terrace, Crystal River, at 1:30 a.m.

 April 4 on an active warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of grand theft. According to her arrest affidavit, she turned herself in to the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office.

* Christopher Obry, 23, of West River Road, Inglis, at 1:30 a.m. April 4 on an active Levy County warrant for felony violation of probation stemming from an original charge of felony battery.

* Jason Tarr, 40, of West Inverness Boulevard, Inverness, at 4:19 a.m. April 4 on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing in an occupied structure. According to his arrest affidavit, Tarr is accused of sleeping in the screened in porch at a residence where he had previously been trespassed. Bond $1,000.

* A commercial burglary was reported at 2:45 a.m. Thursday, April 3, in the 1600 block of W. Main St., Inverness.

*  An auto theft was reported at 2:32 a.m. Thursday, April 3, in the 12000 block of S. Iris Point, Floral City.

* An auto theft was reported at 4:35 a.m. April 3 in the 6200 block of N. Suncoast Blvd., Crystal River.

* A petit theft was reported at 10:12 a.m. April 3 in the 6500 block of W. Arter St., Crystal River.

* A grand theft was reported at 12:41 p.m. April 3 in the 6000 block of W. Grant St., Homosassa.

* A grand theft was reported at 2:39 p.m. April 3 in the 10000 block of W. Yulee Drive, Homosassa.

* A petit theft was reported at 3:34 p.m. April 3 in the 2800 block of E. Gulf-to-Lake Highway, Inverness.

* A grand theft was reported at 5:39 p.m. April 3 in the 5200 block of S. View Point, Homosassa.

* A grand theft was reported at 4:18 a.m. Friday, April 4, in the 6000 block of E. Waverly St., Inverness.
