Citrus County Sheriff’s Office

DUI arrests

*  Martin Fitzpatrick, 55, of South J. Kellner Boulevard, Beverly Hills, at 8:55 p.m. Feb. 15 on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence. According to his arrest affidavit, he was operating a motorcycle when he was pulled over on U.S. 41. He had difficulty performing sobriety tasks and admitted to consuming alcohol. He refused to submit to a test of his breath. Bond $500.

* Rodney Hebert, 44, of Cedar Avenue, Inverness, at 12:16 a.m. Feb. 16 on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence. According to his arrest affidavit, he was pulled over at South Apopka Avenue and Edison Street in Inverness. He admitted to consuming between five and eight drinks of hard liquor. He had difficulty performing sobriety tasks and refused to submit to a test of his breath. Bond $500.

Other arrests

*  Robert Key, 29, of South Spaniel Trail, Inverness, at 12:15 p.m. Feb. 15 on violation of drug offender pretrial intervention conditions. No bond.

*  Zackery Rouse, 18, of North Davis Street, Beverly Hills, at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 15 on a felony charge of trafficking or endeavoring to traffic in stolen property. According to his arrest affidavit, he is accused of pawning stolen jewelry. He was released on his own recognizance.

*  David Vickers, 36, of Homosassa, at 3:13 p.m. Feb. 15 on a Citrus County warrant of violation of probation on two original felony charges of grand theft.

*  James Timmerman Jr., 26, of Inverness, at 3:50 p.m. Feb. 15 for violation of probation on an original felony charge. No bond.

*  Surleta McMahon, 28, of West Brandywine Street, Lecanto, at 3:29 p.m. Feb. 15 on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft. Bond $250.

*  Joni Paugh, 35, of West Joni Lee Court, Homosassa, at 4:43 p.m. Feb. 15 on a Citrus County warrant of violation of probation on an original felony charge of possession of methamphetamine. No bond.

*  Stacey Ambroselli, 32, of East Magnolia Street, Floral City, at 6 p.m. Feb. 15 on a Citrus County warrant of violation of probation on original felony charges of credit card fraud and petit theft (third conviction). No bond. 

*  Jason King, 36, of South Millston Point, Homosassa, at 12:22 a.m. Feb. 16 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and a misdemeanor charge of possession of less than 20 grams of cannabis. Bond $10,500.

*  Michael Schlak, 24, of Princeton Lane, Inverness, at 4 a.m. Feb. 16 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine). Bond $5,000. 

Burglaries

* A residential burglary was reported at 12:51 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, in the 7500 block of S. Old Oaks Drive, Floral City.

* A commercial burglary was reported at 5:26 a.m. Feb. 19 in the 200 block of Tompkins St., Inverness.

Thefts

* A petit theft was reported at 1:44 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, in the 2400 block of E. Gulf-to-Lake Highway, Inverness.

* A grand theft was reported at 5:01 p.m. Feb. 19 in the 10 block of Jib Path, Beverly Hills.

* A petit theft was reported at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 19 in the 2400 block of E. Gulf-to-Lake Highway, Inverness.

Vandalism

* A vandalism was reported at 11:39 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, in the 3400 block of E. Brave Lane, Hernando.
