Arrests
* William Brian Myers, 46, 9512 CR 747, Webster, at 10:38 p.m. Monday by Marion County Sheriff’s Office on a Citrus County warrant for fleeing and eluding law enforcement with lights and siren on, charged with speeding and disregard for safety and knowingly driving with a suspended license. Myers was serving local charges with Marion County at time of arrest. Bond $5,500.

* Gabriel Uriah Stone, 25, 615 Dora St., New Smyrna Beach, at 7:19 p.m. Monday by Volusia County Sheriff’s Office on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear with the original charges of battery. Bond $4,000.

* Stephen Michael Baker, 20, 940 Highway 40 East, Inglis, at 7:49 p.m. Monday by Inglis police for failure to appear on original charge of petit theft. Bond $4,000.

* John R. Neville, 62, 7929 W. Delia Lane, Dunnellon, at 5:30 p.m. Monday on a charge of violation of probation of an original charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Neville was charged with possessing and consuming alcohol. No bond.

* Christopher C. Casoria, 27, 41 S. Scarboro Ave., Lecanto, at 8:14 p.m. Monday on a charge of violation of probation of an original charge of lewd and lascivious sexual battery on a victim 12 to 15 years of age. Casoria was charged with failure to report a change of address to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles within 48 hours of change. Bond $20,000.

Burglaries
* A burglary to an unoccupied residence occurred at about noon Feb. 9 in the 3700 block of W. Douglas Fir Circle, Beverly Hills.

* A burglary to an unoccupied storage trailer and storage shed occurred at about 7 a.m. Feb. 10 in the 6500 block of W. Grover Cleveland Boulevard, Homosassa.

* A burglary to a conveyance occurred at about 6 p.m. Feb. 12 in the 500 block of Hiawatha Avenue, Inverness.

* A burglary to an unoccupied structure in a dog park occurred at about 7:05 p.m. Feb. 12 in the 6300 block of E. Turner Camp Road, Inverness.

Thefts
* A petit theft ($100 or more) occurred at about 8 p.m. Feb. 10 in the 2300 block of N.W. U.S. Highway 19, Crystal River.

* A petit theft occurred at about 7:30 p.m. Feb. 12 in the 5100 block of S. Clubhouse Drive, Homosassa.

* A grand theft ($300 or more) occurred at about 8 p.m. Feb. 12 in the 11800 block of N. Mayan Terrace, Dunnellon.

* A theft of a motorcycle occurred at about 5:30 a.m. Feb. 13 in the 2900 block of Crystal Boulevard, Inverness.

Vandalism
* A vandalism ($200 or more) occurred at about 2 a.m. Feb. 13 in the 3700 block of N. Stirrup Drive, Beverly Hills.
