Arrests
* Peggy Ann Richards, 47, 1151 Northwest U.S.19 No. 121, Crystal River, was arrested at 4:57 p.m. Sunday on charges of possession of a controlled substance (crack cocaine) and drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,500.

* Robert William Johnson, 51, 416 N. Hourglass Terrace, Crystal River, was arrested at 11:27 a.m. Monday on charges of felony retail theft and resisting an officer or merchant during or after theft. Bond $2,500.

* Jonathan M. Disanza, 29, 3231 S. Eagle Point, Inverness, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. Monday on charges of grand theft and illegal use of a credit card. Bond $4,000.

* Jacob Denton Mitchell, 19, 5361 W. Brandy Lane, Dunnellon, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. Monday on a charge of burglary of a conveyance. Bond $3,000.

* Katie Danielle Mazzei, 25, 7795 W. Chassahowitzka St., Homosassa, was arrested at 9:06 p.m. Monday on a charge of introducing contraband (pills) into a detention facility. No bond.

* A burglary to a conveyance occurred at about 9 p.m. Jan. 28 in the 900 block of W. Keller Street, Hernando.

* A burglary to an unoccupied conveyance occurred at about 10 p.m. Jan. 28 in the 500 block of W. Britain Street, Hernando.

* A burglary to a conveyance occurred at about 1 p.m. Jan. 29 in the 11400 block of N. Time Square Terrace, Dunnellon.

* A burglary to an occupied residence occurred at about 11 p.m. Jan. 29 in the 2000 block of S. Stonebrook Drive, Homosassa.

Thefts
* A grand theft ($300 or more) occurred on Oct. 1 in the 1600 block of N. Lecanto Highway, Lecanto.

* A grand theft ($300 or more) occurred at about 8:30 a.m. Jan. 19 in the 4700 block of S. Slash Pine Avenue, Homosassa.
