Arrests
*  Crystal Nipper, 30, and Noah Elwood, 37, of Southeast Fifth Street, Webster, at 11:30 a.m. March 14 each on felony charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and misdemeanor charges of possession of a firearm with removed serial number and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond for each was set at $16,000.
*  Perry Tanner, 22, of West Pinoak Court, Homosassa, at 3:47 p.m. March 14 on a felony charge of trafficking in or endeavoring to traffic in stolen property. According to his arrest affidavit, he is accused of pawning stolen jewelry. He was released on his own recognizance.
*  Dalan Lafave, 24, of West Fern Place, Homosassa, at 5:20 p.m. March 14 on a Marion County warrant for a felony charge of petit theft. Bond $5,000.
*  Denise Schippers, 42, of West Mink Lane, Homosassa, at 3:49 p.m. March 14 on a misdemeanor charge of providing aid to an unmarried minor runaway without notifying a law enforcement officer and a Citrus County warrant for seven misdemeanor charges of obtaining property by means of worthless check. Bond $1,550.
*  Brittany Reeves, 20, of Homosassa, at 3:49 p.m. March 14 on a misdemeanor charge of providing aid to an unmarried minor runaway without notifying a law enforcement officer. Bond $500.
*  Zachary Wheeler, 34, of Northeast 12th Terrace, Crystal River, at 7:07 p.m. March 14 on a Citrus County warrant for violation of probation on an original felony charge of possession of new legend drug. No bond.
*  John Hamilton, 46, of North Olive Avenue, Crystal River, at 1:51 a.m. March 15 on a felony charge of driving while license suspended (habitual offender). Bond $2,000.
*  Timothy Carpenter, 25, of South Florida Avenue, Floral City, at 8:30 a.m. March 15 on a Citrus County warrant for violation of probation on an original felony charge of obtaining substance by fraud. No bond.
*  Justin Smith, 33, of East Glencoe Street, at 8:10 a.m. March 15 on a Citrus County warrant for violation of probation on an original felony charge of grand theft. No bond.
*  Dylan Kelly, 20, at 12:33 a.m. March 16 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,000.
*  Kasda Atkins, 30 of Beverly Hills, at 7:06 a.m. March 16 on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing. Bond $500.
*  Robert McCoy, 48, of Crystal River, at 3:46 p.m. March 16 on a misdemeanor charge of intentional, unlawful threat by word or act to do violence to another (domestic). No bond.
Burglaries
* A residential burglary was reported at 10:29 a.m. Monday, March 18, in the 6700 block of E. Red Robin Lane, Inverness.
* A commercial burglary was reported at 11:09 a.m. March 18 in the 7300 block of S. Old Oaks Drive, Floral City.
* A commercial burglary was reported at 5:39 p.m. March 18 in the 6600 block of N. Carl G. Rose Highway, Hernando.
Theft
* A petit theft was reported at 11:41 a.m. Monday, March 18, in the 800 block of S.E. Eighth Ave., Crystal River.
