Beverly Hills man faces child rape charges
A Beverly Hills man is in custody, facing charges in the rape and molestation of two 4-year-olds and a 5-year-old, according to the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office.
Christopher Joseph Flannery, 25, is facing three counts of sexual battery or injuring the sexual organs of someone younger than age 12 and one count of lewd and lascivious molestation. No bond was allowed. The 4-year-olds were a boy and a girl and the 5-year-old was a boy.
According to an arrest report, a witness was alerted to the possible injury to the little girl. When the witness went to investigate, he or she found Flannery lying naked in the child’s bed with the half-naked girl. Flannery was reportedly grasping the child, simulating sexual activity.
When the witness entered the room, Flannery reportedly jumped up, pulled his pants up and said “I am sorry, I am sorry. It was the only time. I promise to stay away from them.”
When investigators questioned the child, she told them he had committed the act before and he hurt her.
The boys also were asked about Flannery and they both said he hurt them, too. Flannery reportedly sodomized one of the boys, causing him to bleed, and made the other boy perform inappropriate acts on him.
Flannery spoke to detectives and admitted to all the charges except the assault on the one boy, saying he did sexual things with him, but did not have intercourse with him.
He was arrested Saturday and transported to the Citrus County Detention Center.

Admission of guilt..
This MONSTER is caught in the act, and by his statements admits he was SEXUALLY ABUSING A CHILD. Equal protection under the law, and due process should NEVER apply to CHILD MOLESTERS, and CHILD RAPISTS. Christopher Flannery should be thrown into the deepest, darkest hole that can be found and should NEVER feel the sun shine on his face again....NOT EVER. It has been said even the most evil men in history are loved by someone. If anyone alive still loves this ANIMAL, then perhaps they should pay for his incarceration. To those who are critical of or angered by these comments, I ask you this...If these children were YOUR CHILDREN..YOUR BABIES WHO WERE MOLESTED AND RAPED..would you still think these comments are too harsh? My heart goes out to the families of these kids.

Oh Chris, how your new playmates at the jail are going to love you. Good pieces of advice: Request protective custody, sit with your back to the wall and never get caught alone in the showers. Keep in mind that suicide is still an option, dumbass.
